• Responsible for setting annual targets for both sales and leasing mandates and build clear strategies to meet the targets.
• Manage daily brokerage operations to ensure efficiency.
• Lead and train the team in providing operations support and maintain the brokerage systems.
• Draft, discuss and implement business strategy, budgets, business plan and targets in conjunction with the senior management team.
• Provide regular feedback and update to the senior management on revenue targets, new clients and mandates.
• Execute existing projects and generate new client leads by getting involved in active business development and networking activities.
• Maintain client communication at all times to ensure that the existing brokerage mandates are being executed efficiently and effectively.
• Foster and develop excellent working relationships with clients and stakeholders at all times.
• Maintain a brokerage services tracker and activity reports.
• Conduct regular meetings with the team to identify any gaps in training and/or execution and provide support accordingly.
• Regularly attend networking and business events to enhance awareness of the company and its operations.
• Take responsibility of the department P&L and ensure all financial and non-financial objectives are met.
• Actively participate in development of department business plan and revenue forecast over the years.

• Degree in real estate, business management or related field.
• Professional membership such as MRICS is desirable.
• Minimum 8 - 10 years experience in commercial brokerage services.
• Excellent knowledge UAE real estate market is essential.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience of ERP systems and/or property related systems such as Yardi, Argus will be beneficial.
• Should possess leadership capabilities to manage a highly driven commercial team.
