We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a Head of Commercial to join our AMEA energy services team. Based in Dubai, you will primarily focus on supporting the acquisition, development, and conversion of the right opportunities on the best possible terms for Aggreko and optimizing value and cash collection throughout the life of the contract.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do:

Lead the AMEA bid management, pricing, and contract management departments.

Lead AMEA marketing and ensure other businesses in ME, Asia and Australia receive the marketing support they need.

Coordinate the bid management process from enquiry to contract close with continuity into the operations phase.

Work with the sales team to optimize pricing on every project to balance best possible returns with volume of contracts resulting in best value for the business.

Ensure contracts are adhered to by the customer so that cash is collected in a timely fashion to minimize debt, opportunities are up sold, and projects are extended and expanded on terms that meet customer need at the right level of return and profitability for Aggreko.

You\xe2\x80\x99ll have the following skills and experience:

Success in leading directly and by influence in a dynamic corporate environment.

Global energy market understanding, expertise, and network, ideally in the mining, oil and gas or utility space.

Experience leading marketing and business development functions.

Excellent commercial judgement including expertise pricing projects ($100m plus revenue, 5 plus years duration) and track record of successfully driving and negotiating larger contracts, including power project agreements (PPAs).

Complex process management & improvement spanning a 3-plus year sales-cycle.

Experience in managing contracts to drive better cash collection, debt reduction and margin improvement.
