About Us We are looking for an exceptional Head of Brand Acquisition & Concessions to support our ever-growing portfolio of brands at Al Tayer Insignia. You will play an integral part in the growth of one of the region's leading luxury and fashion companies, Al Tayer Insignia. As a leader in luxury retail in the Middle East, Al Tayer Group's retail division, Al Tayer Insignia, hosts a portfolio of some of the world's best luxury brands in the fashion, jewelry, home and department store categories. Complementing its position in luxury retail, Al Tayer Insignia has also built new frontiers in lifestyle retail, representing leading brands in the Beauty, Home, Fashion and Hospitality sectors. Our brands include Bloomingdales, Harvey Nichols and Armani to name just a few! About The Role This strategically critical and high-profile role will work closely with the VP - buying and cross functional leadership team to drive the Al Tayer Insignia brand acquisition strategy. Focused on successfully sourcing and executing new franchise brand partnerships across all categories to deliver future growth for the business. This role will also manage the development of our concession partners to be successful through delivery and alignment on assortment, special projects, and development of the brands within the ATI business providing a close link to the brand acquisition strategy. Introduces new concession brands to the portfolio. About You You will have a minimum 10-12 years' experience in a retail buying/brand management related role within the premium/luxury retail sector.
