- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and design AI solutions.
- Analyse data to evaluate performance and ensure scalability, reliability and efficiency of AI systems.
- Stay updated on advancements in conversational AI and natural language processing.
- Guide the company\'s AI direction, identify new opportunities and propose innovative solutions.
- Master\'s or Doctorate degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence or related field.
- Extensive AI development experience with a focus on big models, conversational AI and natural language processing.
- Proficient in machine learning, deep learning and reinforcement learning.
- Strong problem-solving, communication and collaboration skills.
- Previous leadership experience.
