Job Overview
As Outlet Manager at Summer salt in Jumeirah Al Naseem, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including guest service, team management, profitability, and compliance with Jumeirah's luxury hospitality standards. You will be responsible for delivering consistent service excellence, optimizing outlet performance, and leading a high-performing multicultural team.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the beach club restaurant, ensuring seamless service delivery
• Monitor guest feedback and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
• Drive financial performance through effective budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Ensure full compliance with Jumeirah's F and B standards and policies
• Lead staff training, motivation, and performance reviews to achieve team excellence
• Represent the outlet during leadership absences, including managing escalations and reporting
• Identify service or operational gaps and implement corrective measures

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as Outlet Manager or equivalent in a luxury hotel or premium beach club
• Proficient in English; additional language skills such as Russian or other European languages are an advantage
• Proven experience in budget planning, cost control, and revenue generation
• Skilled in guest service management and team leadership in multicultural environments
• Well-versed in restaurant systems and service quality controls
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
