Job Description

As the Head Florist, you will oversee the floral department's daily operations, design and produce floral arrangements, manage inventory and supplier relationships, and lead a team of florists and assistants. This is a key leadership role that requires both artistic talent and strong managerial skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and create floral arrangements for retail, events, weddings, and corporate clients. Lead and manage a team of junior florists and floral assistants. Coordinate with clients to understand their vision and provide floral consultations. Manage inventory: order flowers, tools, and supplies; maintain fresh stock. Ensure high standards of floral design, presentation, and customer service. Schedule and oversee the production of arrangements for delivery and setup. Train new staff on design techniques, care, and maintenance of flowers. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the floral workspace. Collaborate with the business owner or management on marketing and seasonal promotions. Stay current with floral trends and design techniques.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
