Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced

Head Florist

to lead our florist team and oversee daily operations. The Head Florist will be responsible for designing floral arrangements, managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, creativity, and organizational skills to meet client needs and uphold the company's brand image.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and supervise the florist team to ensure high-quality service and creativity. Design and create unique, innovative floral arrangements for events, weddings, corporate clients, and daily sales. Manage flower sourcing, purchasing, and inventory control to maintain cost efficiency and freshness. Ensure timely execution of all orders and event setups. Provide excellent customer service by understanding client requirements and offering creative solutions. Monitor floral trends and introduce new designs to keep offerings updated and competitive. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards of the shop.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience as a Senior/Head Florist (minimum 5+ years in floral design and shop operations). Strong knowledge of floral design techniques, styles, and current trends. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong customer service and communication abilities. Good knowledge of flower care, handling, and storage. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for floristry.
