About the Role:
We are seeking a creative and experienced Head of Floral to lead our floral design team. The ideal candidate will oversee floral design, manage daily operations, and ensure high standards of quality and creativity in all floral projects. Himalayas
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the floral team and daily flower operations. Design and create floral arrangements for events, installations, and client requests. H Maintain flower inventory, handle procurement, and ensure freshness, while driving e-commerce growth -- managing online product listings, orders, and customer experience -- with a strong creative portfolio in floral design. Collaborate with clients to understand and deliver on floral design expectations.
Requirements:
Proven experience in floral design with a strong portfolio. Leadership and team management skills. Excellent creativity and eye for detail.
