Job Description

Responsible for ensuring strategic and business planning processes are effective, continuously improved, and key performance indicators are being measured and achieved through acting as a centralized figure to performance monitoring staff in the Organization.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties
1. Directs the development of any service line agreements for the corporate functions of the Organization relating to performance management, whilst ensuring consistent standards and requirements are being followed. 2. Oversees the deployment of a performance framework and reporting governance model to monitor achievement of targets against plans in coordination with the respective departments. 3. Oversees trainings and workshops on setting of departmental / functional KPIs with corporate functions. 4. Validates the collection and analysis of corporate performance data periodically to measure corporate function’s performance against set targets. 5. Validates corrective action plans to bridge any performance divergences within corporate functions. 6. Ensures adherence to the Organization’s information security policies and procedures, and report breaches or other security risks accordingly.
Education
Master’s, or Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Hospital/ Business Administration, or other related discipline is required.
Experience Required
Nine (9) years of related experience including five (5) years at a managerial/supervisory position with Master’s, or eleven (11) years with Bachelor’s Degree is required.
