The Head / Director of Food & Beverage is a senior leadership position responsible for the end-to-end establishment, operation, management, and growth of Serdal Holding's Food & Beverage sector.
This role carries full ownership and accountability for strategy, operations, financial performance, people, and scalability of all F&B concepts across the group.
This is not a concept-only role. The successful candidate must be hands-on, commercially driven, and capable of building, operating, and managing the entire F&B function from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Business Leadership
Develop and execute the overall F&B strategy in line with Serdal Holding's business objectives.
Identify, evaluate, and launch new F&B concepts and brands.
Lead the scaling and expansion of existing and future F&B operations.
Take full ownership of the F&B sector as a standalone business vertical.
Operations Management
Oversee daily operations across all F&B outlets at a group or multi-outlet level.
Establish and implement SOPs, operational standards, and quality controls.
Ensure compliance with UAE food safety regulations, municipality requirements, and industry best practices.
Drive operational efficiency and consistency across all locations.
Financial & P&L Ownership
Hold
full P&L responsibility
for the F&B portfolio.
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial performance reports.
Monitor costs, margins, and profitability while ensuring sustainable growth.
Implement strong cost control and revenue optimization strategies.
People Leadership & Organization Building
Build, lead, and develop the F&B leadership and operational teams.
Set KPIs, performance metrics, and accountability frameworks.
Recruit, train, and retain high-performing talent.
Foster a performance-driven and ownership-focused culture.
Supplier, Partner & Stakeholder Management
Manage relationships with suppliers, landlords, operators, and strategic partners.
Lead negotiations to ensure commercial efficiency and quality standards.
Act as the key point of contact for all F&B-related stakeholders.
Brand, Guest Experience & Market Awareness
Ensure consistent brand positioning and exceptional guest experience.
Monitor market trends, competition, and customer preferences within the UAE/GCC.
Drive innovation in menus, service models, and customer engagement.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is an advantage).
10-15+ years of experience in senior F&B leadership roles.
Proven experience managing group-level or multi-outlet F&B operations.
Demonstrated success in full P&L ownership and cost control.
Strong background in developing, launching, and scaling F&B concepts.
Experience operating within the UAE / GCC market is highly preferred.
Deep understanding of local regulations, food safety, and operational compliance.
Strong leadership, commercial acumen, and decision-making skills.
