Post: Director of Food & Beverage
- Lead all F&B operations to ensure high service and profitability.
- Develop strategic plans for restaurants, bars, and banquets.
- Manage budgets, cost controls, and revenue targets.
- Oversee staff training, performance, and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with executive team on brand positioning and innovation.
