Job Summary (Head - Digital Transformation)
1. Programme Leadership & Delivery (30%)
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of digital transformation programmes and workstreams.
- Translate organisational strategy into actionable digital roadmaps and delivery plans.
- Serve as the central point for programme accountability, aligning stakeholders and advancing digital maturity.
- Oversee transformation governance: reporting, risk management, budget, and vendor performance.
- Evaluate and collaborate with digital agencies, system integrators, and vendors.
- Drive adoption via change management, internal alignment, and upskilling.
2. Digital Strategy (20%)
- Develop and evolve digital strategy in line with new technologies and user needs.
- Identify and promote opportunities for digitization, automation, and data-driven improvements.
- Partner with IT, data, and operations to ensure secure, scalable digital delivery.
3. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication (30%)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with executives, delivery teams, end users, and vendors.
- Facilitate workshops and forums to co-design digital change.
- Deliver targeted communications to foster buy-in and maintain momentum.
- Serve as a digital ambassador, enhancing internal digital literacy.
4. Governance, Metrics & Continuous Improvement (20%)
- Define KPIs and metrics to measure transformation impact and ROI.
- Ensure compliance with governance, data, procurement, and digital standards.
- Embed agile and continuous improvement practices in delivery teams.
- Capture lessons learned and refine transformation approaches.
5. Innovation and Capability Building (10%)
- Identify, evaluate, and implement innovative digital solutions for operational agility and customer experience.
- Build internal digital capabilities via training, knowledge sharing, and upskilling.
- Conduct technology and innovation scans for business case development and investment planning.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree (specialisation in Customer Experience, Digital Technology, IT, Digital Media/Business, Innovation).
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., Agile/Scrum, PMP, PRINCE2, PROSCI, Lean Six Sigma).
- 15+ years' overall experience; 7-10 years in digital transformation leadership.
- Experience in aviation or B2C sectors preferred.
- Expertise in DXP, headless CMS, microservices, omnichannel, CRM, web/app tech, eCommerce, loyalty, Agile methodologies.
