production management, R&D, quality control, and team leadership

SELMI machinery
and experienced in
bean-to-bar chocolate making
.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily production operations and manage the kitchen team.
Operate SELMI chocolate machinery and oversee bean-to-bar processes.
Ensure compliance with
HACCP, ISO, FSSC, and food export standards
.
Drive
R&D
for new chocolates, pastries, and seasonal collections.
Maintain high standards of
quality, hygiene, and wastage control
.
Collaborate with management and actively participate in tastings & product launches.
Requirements
3-5 years in a senior role such as
Head Chocolatier / Senior Pastry Chef / Production Head
