Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead

chocolate and pastry production

at our premium facility. This is a senior role covering

production management, R&D, quality control, and team leadership

. The ideal candidate must be hands-on with

SELMI machinery

and experienced in

bean-to-bar chocolate making

.

Key Responsibilities



Lead daily production operations and manage the kitchen team. Operate SELMI chocolate machinery and oversee bean-to-bar processes. Ensure compliance with

HACCP, ISO, FSSC, and food export standards

. Drive

R&D

for new chocolates, pastries, and seasonal collections. Maintain high standards of

quality, hygiene, and wastage control

. Collaborate with management and actively participate in tastings & product launches.

Requirements



3-5 years in a senior role such as

Head Chocolatier / Senior Pastry Chef / Production Head

. Proven experience in

premium chocolate or pastry kitchens

. Hands-on knowledge of

SELMI machinery

and bean-to-bar chocolate making. Strong

leadership and team management skills

. Solid knowledge of

food safety standards (HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC)

. Culinary/pastry qualification preferred.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month

Experience:

chocolate manufacturing: 3 years (Required) R&D : 3 years (Required) executive chocolate chef: 3 years (Required)
License/Certification:

HACCP certificate (Preferred)
