The Assistant Production Manager supports the Production Head in planning and supervising all stages of interior and event projects. This includes tracking progress, coordinating teams, and helping ensure delivery on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing project timelines and workflow.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
Support quality assurance and compliance processes.
Maintain project documentation and reports.
Assist with site supervision during critical stages.
Qualifications:
Degree/Diploma in Event/Interior/Production Management.
8+ years of experience in a support or junior production role.
Skills:
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, project scheduling tools.
Preferred Traits:
Team player, detail-oriented, proactive.
