Qualification:
Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, or related field
Professional chef certifications (optional but preferred)
Experience:
5-10 years of culinary experience, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role
Experience in fine dining, hotel, or large-scale kitchen operations preferred
Skills Required:
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent culinary skills and creativity
Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards (HACCP)
Time management and organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and problem-solving abilities
