We're now looking for a Head Chef to lead our kitchen with passion, creativity, and discipline.
What You'll Do:
Lead and manage the entire kitchen operation
Design and develop menus with a strong Mediterranean and healthy food focus
Maintain exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency
Manage kitchen staff, scheduling, and training
Control food cost, waste, and inventory
Ensure kitchen hygiene and health & safety standards
Collaborate closely with the front-of-house and management teams
Stay current with food trends, dietary preferences, and wellness-driven eating
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef (minimum 5 years)
Deep understanding of Mediterranean cuisine and health-conscious cooking techniques
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Excellent knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations
Creative mindset with a passion for seasonal, clean, and wholesome ingredients
Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain a calm, professional kitchen
Strong organizational and communication skills
Culinary degree or equivalent training preferred
