Core Duties

• Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring all equipment functions correctly and maintenance issues are promptly addressed
• Source seasonal, high-quality ingredients within budget in coordination with the central purchasing team
• Develop creative, brand-aligned menus and conduct regular tastings
• Enforce cleanliness and food safety through daily compliance with cleaning schedules
• Participate in business growth initiatives including marketing collaborations
• Monitor food cost, stock levels, and kitchen team performance to optimize productivity and guest satisfaction

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2 years in a Head Chef or similar role, ideally in a standalone or branded restaurant
• Expertise in menu development and international cuisines
• Strong supplier relationship management experience
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities
• Excellent planning, delegation, and quality control skills
