Job Description

Oversees the kitchen operations, plans menus, supervises kitchen staff, and ensures food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards are consistently met. Responsible for managing inventory, controlling costs, and maintaining a safe and efficient kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:



Plan and create menus in line with restaurant standards and customer preferences. Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation. Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards in the kitchen. Monitor food inventory, control costs, and minimize waste. Ensure consistent taste, presentation, and portion control. Coordinate with management on menu changes and special events. Oversee daily kitchen operations and scheduling. Inspect ingredients and supplies for quality and freshness.

Qualifications:



Prior experience as a head chef.
