Head Chef

Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring quality, consistency, and presentation of all dishes. Develop and update the cafe menu based on customer preferences and seasonal ingredients. Manage kitchen staff schedules, training, and performance. Monitor inventory, control food costs, and minimize wastage. Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations. Collaborate with management on menu planning and promotions. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a
Head Chef
in a cafe or restaurant. Strong knowledge of international and cafe-style cuisine. Excellent leadership, communication, and time-management skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage a team effectively. Available to joinimmediately
