• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a hospital setting post nursing registration
• Master's degree (required for all Nursing Manager positions)
• Postgraduate qualification in relevant specialty (required for all Clinical Resource Nurse and Nurse Educator positions)

Salary & benefits:

• Tax-free salary will be based on the specialty and years of experience
• Working hours: 40 hours per week
• Annual leave: 30 calendar days per year plus public holidays
