Head Chef

Lead the opening of Brand 06 (Sharjah)o Develop, cost, and refine the launch menuo Recruit, train, and mentor an eight-person brigadeo Drive daily line checks, wastage control, HACCP logso Liaise with supplier QA and the Executive Chef on R&D

Commis I

Execute prep and hot-line service to fine-dining standardso Maintain mise en place, stock rotation, and station hygieneo Support new-dish trials and plating guideso Train Commis II and stewards on SOPs

Commis II

Weigh, portion, and label ingredients in the Central Kitcheno Assist butchery, pastry, and sauce teams as neededo Uphold FIFO and cold-chain integrityo Clean down and complete end-of-shift checklists
All roles require flexible shift patterns, including weekends and public holidays.

What We're Looking For

High-end / Michelin or premium-casual background

(minimum 2 years for Commis, 5 years for Head Chef, with at least 1 year in a leadership role). Strong foundation in European or Middle-Eastern cuisine; modern plating skills. Fluent English (Arabic or Hindi an advantage). Valid UAE food-handler's certificate (or ability to obtain). Calm under pressure, sharp knife skills, and a genuine passion for ingredient-driven cooking.
