Maintain consistent product quality and presentation
Oversee inventory, ordering, and food cost control
Ensure hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP)
Train and mentor the kitchen team
Requirements:
Proven experience as a
Head Chef
,
Pastry Chef
, or
Chocolatier
Strong knowledge of chocolate production (tempering, molding, etc.)
Creative, organized, and detail-oriented
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Immediate joiner preferred
