This is a top-level position for one of our successfully operating outlet in the luxurious mall - The Al Hazm.
As a head chef you will be assigned to oversee many diverse aspects of the restaurant. You'll manage and work closely with junior chefs, create/develop menu offerings, forecast supply needs, estimate costs and assist in staffing of the Restaurant's Back of House.
You will be responsible for the food that comes out of a kitchen, from conception to execution. Your duties also extend to front-of-house and operational issues, including accounting and scheduling, making sure the restaurant meets all regulations, including sanitary and safety guidelines.
Head Chefs are held accountable for the success and failure of a restaurant mostly work so if required, they are expected to work long hours inclusive of nights, weekends and holidays.
