Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented

Head of Business Development

to lead our growth strategy within the Dubai market for our digital marketing agency. This strategic leadership role will focus on identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong partnerships, and driving revenue growth through innovative digital marketing solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape, a robust network in the UAE, and a proven track record of successfully driving business development in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development & Execution:

Lead the creation and implementation of a comprehensive business development strategy, ensuring alignment with the agency's goals and vision.

Market Expansion & Lead Generation:

Identify emerging market trends, target potential clients, and spearhead efforts to generate high-quality leads in sectors such as e-commerce, hospitality, real estate, and tech.

Team Leadership & Development:

Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing business development team, driving results while fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

Client Relationship Management:

Cultivate and sustain long-term relationships with key clients and partners, acting as the primary point of contact for business development activities.

Industry Representation & Networking:

Represent the agency at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to build brand visibility and grow business opportunities.

Cross-Department Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing, creative, and operations teams to align business development efforts with ongoing campaigns and deliverables.

Competitive Analysis:

Monitor digital marketing industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to stay ahead of the curve and identify new opportunities.

Reporting & Forecasting:

Provide regular updates to senior leadership, including performance metrics, revenue forecasts, and business development insights.

Key Requirements:

Experience:

At least 8 years of experience in business development within the digital marketing or related industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Industry Expertise:

Strong knowledge of the digital marketing ecosystem, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and PPC, with the ability to develop strategies that drive business growth.

Client Management:

Proven ability to develop and grow key client relationships and effectively manage client expectations.

Skills:

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.

Leadership:

Strong strategic, analytical, and decision-making skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team.

Preferred Experience:

Experience working with digital agencies, e-commerce, or tech companies is highly desirable.
