We're looking for a Head Barista who's passionate about coffee.
As our Head Barista, you'll be the coffee leader and day-to-day operations expert, responsible for:
Operating and maintaining high-end equipment.
Training and managing the barista team to deliver top-tier service and consistent coffee quality
Engaging customers and showcasing your skills behind the bar
Leading recipe development and creating new, seasonal drink ideas
Assisting with daily operations: stock control, ordering, scheduling, cleanliness
Supporting management with hiring and growing a strong team culture
Ensuring machinery is cleaned, maintained, and performing at its best Healthy & Safety Training team members Creating unique drinks to add to menu.
? What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a senior or head barista in a specialty coffee environment
Expert knowledge of espresso recipes, dial-ins, latte art, and machine maintenance
Confident leader who can train, inspire, and support others
Passion for innovation - from new drinks to improving workflows
Strong sense of responsibility and pride in your craft
Excellent communication and customer engagement skills
