and possess deep knowledge of coffee beans, brewing techniques, and cafe operations. Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily barista operations and maintain the highest coffee quality standards.
Evaluate and test coffee beans (taste, smell, and quality).
Understand which beans require specific calibration and set recipes accordingly.
Train and guide baristas on brewing methods, latte art, and customer service.
Monitor and maintain equipment calibration and cleanliness.
Work closely with suppliers to source specialty coffee beans.
Ensure consistency in every cup served.
Manage stock levels of coffee beans and barista supplies.
Create and update the coffee menu in line with market trends.
Maintain a hygienic, safe, and customer-friendly barista station.
Requirements:
Minimum 5-6 years of proven specialty coffee experience in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of coffee bean types, roasting levels, and flavor profiles.
Ability to calibrate and maintain espresso machines and grinders.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong sense of taste and smell for quality control.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
