Job-summary:We are seeking a results-driven Head - Banking & Partnerships to drive growth in the company. This role involves acquiring new clients (banks), building strategic relationships, and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will have experience working with banks, NPCI, and government projects, with a strong ability to generate leads and close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

l Identify, prospect, and acquire new banking clients and partnerships.

l Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth in banking . Build and strengthen business development opportunities with government sector .

l Conduct market research to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.

l Negotiate and close high-value deals with Bank.

l Work closely with product and tech teams to customize solutions as per client needs.

Client Relationship Management:

l Maintain strong relationships with existing banking clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Build and maintain strong relationships with government sector to drive collaboration and growth.

l Serve as the primary point of contact for banks, addressing queries and offering solutions.

l Develop partnerships with banks, NPCI, and other financial institutions.

l Collaborate with internal teams (operations, compliance, and product development) to enhance customer experience.

l Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all sales activities.

Requirements:

l Must have experience in working with government projects and NPCI initiatives.

l Must be able to build and maintain strong relationships with the government sector, alongside banking clients.

l Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

l Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business portfolios. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
