Hdpe Pipe Technician
Job Description
Review blue prints to understand the requirements
Set & modify specifications
Inspect & prepare sites for construction operations
Preparing working materials by clamping, cutting or applying chemical solutions to piping
Measure & cut pipes according to the requirements and join them by various methods
Weld, assemble & lubricate pipes
Installation of HDPE / UPVC pipe
Welding and joining of HDPE / UPVC, GRP, ARC pipe.
Testing and commissioning of a high pressure water line.
Test functionality of hydraulic and other systems
All Mechanical and fittings work at site.
Observe and comply with all safety and project rules and all company policies and procedures
Perform minor maintenance of cleaning of tools and equipments
Testing piping systems for leaks and observing gauges attached to the pipes for indication of leaks.
Repair malfunctions, breakages or leaks
Assembling & installation of a variety of material or non-metal pipes and pipe fittings
