Position Overview: The Hard Services Manager will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operation of all the resortaEUR(TM)s critical systems, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire safety, and other essential infrastructure. This position requires a dedicated professional with technical expertise and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, high-standard environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise the maintenance of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across the resort. Lead and train the Hard Services team to ensure high standards of performance and safety. Ensure all resort systems are operating efficiently and in compliance with local regulations. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and emergency protocols. Manage budgets and resources related to the Hard Services operations. Work closely with other departments to ensure the seamless operation of the resort. Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and effective manner. Qualifications: A BacheloraEUR(TM)s Degree or equivalent in Engineering or a related technical field. Proven experience in a Hard Services Management role, preferably within the hospitality industry. Strong technical background in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire safety systems. Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards. Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. Please send your resume/CV
