We are seeking an experienced Handover Specialist to manage the final stages of construction projects. The role ensures smooth transition from construction completion to client handover, focusing on quality, snag resolution, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough snagging inspections and manage punch-list items. Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and consultants to resolve defects. Ensure all project documentation, as-built drawings, and completion certificates are prepared and submitted. Support client walkthroughs and handover processes. Verify compliance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements. Track and report snag closure progress until project sign-off.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. 5-6 years of experience in civil construction, with exposure to high-rise and villa projects preferred. Strong knowledge of construction processes, QA/QC standards, and snagging practices. Excellent coordination and communication skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving orientation.
