The Handover Officer is responsible for supporting the end-to-end process of handing over completed properties to clients. This role ensures the delivery of a seamless, professional, and customer-focused experience, by coordinating appointments, preparing documentation, conducting on-site walkthroughs, and facilitating timely resolution of any handover-related queries.
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate property handovers between developer and client.
Schedule and conduct snagging and inspection appointments.
Ensure all necessary handover documents are complete and accurate, including Sales and Purchase Agreements (SPA), Oqood certificates, property registration documents, and snagging reports.
Address and escalate any client concerns or issues during the handover process, ensuring timely resolution.
Help manage and respond to post-handover queries, including any issues related to snagging or final documentation.
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
4+ years of experience as Handover Officer with a real estate developer in Dubai.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English & Arabic)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM systems.
Familiarity with real estate documentation and processes (Oqood, SPA, project registration).
