Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Handover Specialist located in Abu Dhabi. The Property Handover Specialist will be responsible for coordinating and managing the handover process of properties to clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience. The role includes inspecting properties, coordinating with clients and contractors, addressing client inquiries, and resolving any issues related to the handover process. The specialist will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and documentation of the handover transactions.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of real estate handover processes and UAE property regulations. Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Odoo) for tracking and reporting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and stakeholder engagement. Attention to detail in property inspections and documentation. Ability to manage multiple handovers simultaneously under tight deadlines. Familiarity with smart home technologies and luxury property features. Basic understanding of automation tools and process optimization Experience: Minimum of 3 years in real estate, property management, or client-facing roles, preferably in luxury real estate or property handovers.
