Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Hammam Therapist to provide authentic Moroccan and Turkish Hammam experiences in a luxury spa environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about wellness, attentive to detail, and committed to delivering exceptional guest care through traditional techniques and high hygiene standards.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Hammam & Wellness Services
Deliver traditional Hammam treatments following established rituals and techniques Adapt treatments to individual guest needs and preferences Ensure a calming, high-quality experience for every guest Stay informed about spa services, packages, and seasonal offers
Spa Standards & Daily Operations
Manage daily treatment schedules efficiently Maintain proper stock levels of Hammam products and supplies Keep treatment rooms and spa facilities clean, organized, and fully sanitized Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times
Guest Relations & Sales Support
Create strong relationships with guests and note their preferences for future visits Promote spa services
Requirements
Candidate must be Moroccan
Maintain excellent personal presentation and professionalism Be punctual, prepared Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth spa operations Proven experience in traditional Moroccan Hammam treatments Strong knowledge of hygiene and spa standards Professional attitude and excellent guest service skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 per month
