Job Summary

The Hammam Therapist is responsible for delivering high-quality traditional Hammam treatments (Turkish and Moroccan), ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating guest experience. The role requires strong technical skills, professionalism, excellent hygiene standards, and the ability to customize treatments based on guest needs.

Key Responsibilities

Hammam & Spa Treatments

Perform authentic Hammam rituals using proper techniques and product applications. Personalize treatments based on guest preferences and company protocols. Maintain strong knowledge of all spa services, promotions, and treatment standards. Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns professionally. Assist in spa events and demonstrations when required.

Spa Operations & Compliance

Follow daily appointment schedules and rosters. Maintain inventory of professional products and supplies. Ensure treatment rooms and spa areas are always clean, sanitized, and well-organized. Comply with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Sales & Guest Engagement

Build rapport with guests and record preferences for personalized service. Promote spa services and support sales targets. Recommend suitable retail products to guests. Maintain accurate daily sales records.

Professionalism & Teamwork

Maintain excellent personal grooming and professional conduct. Be punctual, prepared, and supportive of reception and team operations when needed. Work positively and collaboratively with the spa team.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 per month
