A Hair Transplant Technician required to assist in hair transplant procedures, ensuring high-quality results and patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare the operating room with necessary instruments and supplies.
Assist in patient preparation, including explaining the procedure and answering basic questions.
Perform scalp preparation and marking under the surgeon's guidance.
Extract, dissect, and sort hair grafts under a microscope with precision.
Implant grafts into the scalp following the surgeon's instructions and design.
Monitor graft viability and ensure proper handling to prevent damage.
Maintain accurate documentation of the procedure, including graft count and placement.
Clean and sterilize instruments and equipment.
Ensure patient comfort throughout the procedure.
Monitor patient vitals and respond promptly to any signs of distress or discomfort.
Work closely with the surgical team to ensure efficient workflow and patient safety.
Qualifications:
DHA as Hair Transplant Technician (mandatory)
Experience in FUE and FUT techniques.
Proficiency in using surgical instruments and microscopes.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to stand for long periods and maintain focus during lengthy procedures.
