Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and DHA-licensed

Hair Transplant Technician

to support our growing hair restoration services. The technician will assist in pre-operative preparations, follicular unit extraction (FUE), follicular unit implantation (FUI), and post-operative care under the supervision of the lead surgeon. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in hair transplant procedures, attention to detail, and a commitment to patient safety and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform hair transplant procedures, including

FUE and FUT

techniques. Extract, sort, and prepare hair grafts under a microscope ensuring the viability of each follicle. Implant hair follicles with precision according to the design and direction planned by the surgeon. Prepare the patient and surgical area before the procedure while maintaining strict hygiene and sterilization standards. Monitor the patient's condition during the procedure and provide necessary assistance. Support with pre- and post-operative instructions and patient education. Maintain inventory of tools, consumables, and ensure all equipment is sterilized and ready for use. Ensure documentation and patient records are completed accurately as per DHA and clinic guidelines. Provide assistance during consultations and follow-up sessions, ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction.

Qualifications

:

Certification or diploma in Hair Transplant Techniques or a related healthcare field.

Valid DHA license

or eligibility to practice in Dubai as a Hair Transplant Technician. Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in hair transplant procedures (FUE/FUT). Strong technical skills in follicle extraction and implantation under magnification. Excellent hand-eye coordination, precision, and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment. Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.

Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
