Key Responsibilities:



Handle

end-to-end recruitment

, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Manage

employee records

, documentation, and database updates in compliance with labor laws. Oversee

payroll coordination

, attendance, and leave management. Lead

performance appraisal processes

, including documentation and coordination with department heads. Develop and implement

HR policies

, procedures, and company handbooks. Address and resolve

employee relations

issues and grievances. Coordinate

training and development

programs. Ensure compliance with UAE

labor law

and HR best practices. Support management with

HR reports, audits, and strategic planning

.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 3-4

years of UAE experience

in Payroll, HR Generalist or similar role. Strong knowledge of

UAE labor laws

and HR regulations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficiency in

MS Office

and HR software/tools. Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
