Key Responsibilities:
Handle
end-to-end recruitment
, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Manageemployee records
, documentation, and database updates in compliance with labor laws. Overseepayroll coordination
, attendance, and leave management. Leadperformance appraisal processes
, including documentation and coordination with department heads. Develop and implementHR policies
, procedures, and company handbooks. Address and resolveemployee relations
issues and grievances. Coordinatetraining and development
programs. Ensure compliance with UAElabor law
and HR best practices. Support management withHR reports, audits, and strategic planning
.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 3-4
years of UAE experience
in Payroll, HR Generalist or similar role. Strong knowledge ofUAE labor laws
and HR regulations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficiency inMS Office
and HR software/tools. Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.Job Types: Full-time
