Position Title: Gypsum & Painting Finishing Technician

Key Responsibilities:
Accurately measure, cut, and install gypsum boards on walls, ceilings, and partitions
Assemble and fit metal framing systems to support gypsum board structures
Prepare openings for lights, ventilation, AC units, and other fittings
Apply taping, joint compound, and finishing materials to conceal seams and screw heads
Smooth surfaces through sanding to achieve a professional finish
Assist in lifting, carrying, and organizing tools and building materials
Ensure the work area is kept neat, organized, and safe
Follow instructions and directions from the foreman or supervisor
Use all equipment correctly and wear protective safety gear at all times
