Key Responsibilities:
Wood Painting & Finishing:
Prepare and paint wood surfaces including furniture, doors, panels, and cabinetry.
Surface Preparation:
Perform sanding, filling, priming, and smoothing for a professional finish.
Mixing & Application:
Mix paints, colors, thinners, sealers, and varnishes to achieve desired shades and finishes.
Touch-ups & Polishing:
Conduct detailed refinishing, repair, and polishing where required.
Gypsum & Wall Painting (Optional):
Apply paint to walls, ceilings, and gypsum partitions if needed.
On-Site & Factory Work:
Handle painting jobs in both controlled workshop environments and live project sites.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace and ensure all materials are properly handled and stored.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience
in
wood painting
(experience with wall/gypsum is a plus).
Strong understanding of
different paint types, sealers, stains, and finishing materials.
Ability to identify wood types and choose suitable paint or polish applications.
Knowledge of
spray painting and hand finishing techniques
is preferred.
UAE driving license
is an advantage.
Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to meet quality standards and deadlines.
Willing to assist with general site or carpentry tasks when needed.
