The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on experience with gypsum board systems, and the ability to oversee job site operations to ensure high-quality work, safety compliance, and timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of gypsum/drywall crews
Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Ensure proper installation of gypsum board systems (walls, ceilings, partitions, etc.)
Monitor quality control and ensure work meets company standards
Plan and schedule work to meet project deadlines
Maintain safety and cleanliness on the job site
Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and subcontractors
Train and mentor junior workers

Pay: AED3,500.00 per month
