We are seeking an experienced Gypsum Foreman with valid driving license to lead our drywall installation teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gypsum board installation, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the gypsum installation team.
Read and interpret blueprints, project specifications, and technical drawings.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Train and mentor crew members on installation techniques and safety practices.
Schedule and manage project timelines to meet deadlines.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other trades.
Maintain accurate records of materials, labor, and project progress.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Gypsum Foreman or similar role.
Strong knowledge of drywall installation techniques and materials.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
OSHA certification preferred.
Valid driver's license.
