We're looking for an experienced Gym Receptionist for our premier gym in Dubai. This role requires 4+ years of direct gym/fitness industry experience with strong knowledge of fitness principles and club operations. We also need someone with social media and marketing skills.
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent service, greeting members and managing check-ins/inquiries.
Present club services, memberships, and class schedules.
Handle calls, bookings, and basic transactions.
Maintain reception area.
Assist with social media content and marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
Minimum 4 years as a gym/fitness center receptionist.
Experience in social media management and basic marketing.
Strong understanding of gym equipment and fitness programs.
Excellent communication skills (verbal/written).
Proficient in gym management software and MS Office.
Flexible with evening and weekend shifts.
Compensation:
salary starting at AED 2,800/month + commission.
