Role Summary
Jumeirah Emirates Towers is seeking a Guest Services Executive to join the Cluster Airport Services team. This role ensures seamless guest arrivals and departures, delivering exceptional service at Dubai International Airport and supporting the hotel's luxury standards.

What You'll Do

• Provide meet and greet services to Jumeirah guests at Dubai International Airport for smooth arrival and departure assistance
• Ensure efficient guest paging and reception at Jumeirah kiosk/lounge
• Escort guests from the kiosk/lounge to their preassigned transportation
• Offer refreshments at the Jumeirah lounge in Terminal 3
• Coordinate with transportation teams across Jumeirah properties for timely airport pickups
• Assist guests with airline requirements, including lost luggage follow-up and collection
• Support upselling initiatives and adapt to business needs

Ideal Profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a guest services role within a luxury five-star hotel
• Excellent spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage
• Knowledge of hotel operating systems is essential
• Strong customer service orientation with proven ability to exceed guest expectations
• Quick learner with adaptability to new work environments
