• Process reservations, payments, and daily reports accurately
• Provide information on resort services, amenities, and Dubai attractions
• Uphold company standards on appearance, communication, and service delivery
• Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere at all times

Candidate Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a luxury service mindset
• Ability to multitask and remain professional in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of front office systems an advantage
