Core Duties

• Welcome and assist guests during arrival and departure procedures
• Handle guest requests and inquiries with efficiency and professionalism
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records and process payments, reservations, and reports
• Provide information on property services and Dubai attractions
• Uphold company service standards, policies, and safety procedures
• Support front desk operations including switchboard and guest correspondence

Candidate Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-first attitude
• Ability to multitask and remain professional in a luxury environment
• Basic knowledge of front office systems an advantage
