Core Duties

• Welcome and assist guests during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay
• Provide information about resort facilities, services, and local attractions
• Handle guest requests and resolve concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
• Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to deliver smooth operations
• Maintain accurate records, transactions, and reports at the front desk
• Uphold Marriott brand standards in guest relations, communication, and service delivery
• Support front office operations including reservations, switchboard, and guest correspondence

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in guest services, hospitality, or customer service preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-first attitude
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a luxury environment
• Familiarity with front office systems and procedures an advantage
• Professional appearance and service-oriented approach
