Core Duties

• Set and prepare tables for meal service in accordance with St. Regis standards
• Provide attentive service by taking guest orders and ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency in service
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, workstations, and equipment
• Replenish supplies and support smooth day-to-day food and beverage operations
• Follow company policies, safety standards, and service protocols
• Assist guests with menu questions and provide personalized recommendations
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the department

Candidate Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Less than 1 year of food and beverage or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced luxury setting
• Physically able to stand, walk, and handle lifting tasks as required
