Serve as the first point of contact, providing a warm and polished welcome. Manage guest appointments, inquiries, and scheduling with precision. Deliver exceptional, personalized service to ensure a seamless client journey. Handle administrative tasks like maintaining records and processing payments.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
A polished and professional presence. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluent in Russian or a European language
(mandatory). Proven experience in luxury client service (hotel, retail, aesthetics). Experience in healthcare or aesthetics is a strong advantage.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
