Job Overview
As a Guest Relations Executive in Dubai at Jumeirah Al Naseem, you will play a pivotal role in welcoming and guiding guests, ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience. From managing VIP room inspections to handling check-ins and lobby service, this position requires attention to detail, strong guest service skills, and the ability to handle multiple front-facing responsibilities within a fast-paced 5-star environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Assist guests with general inquiries and promote hotel offerings
• Inspect VIP guest rooms before arrival to ensure quality and readiness
• Perform lobby duty and provide professional coverage as per the roster
• Escort guests during curbside check-ins and room introductions
• Support with check-ins, check-outs, and concierge services when required
• Conduct property tours and promote the resort's exclusive facilities

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Guest Relations, Concierge, or Front Office at a 5-star hotel
• Fluent in English and Russian
• Proficient with Opera PMS Cloud, HotSoS, Sevenrooms, and Microsoft Office
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Confident in handling multiple guest needs while maintaining service excellence
