Job Overview



We are hiring a Guest Service Executive who will act as the main liaison between our guests and internal teams. This role is focused on efficiently handling guest requests related to housekeeping and maintenance, ensuring the issues are understood clearly before delegating them to the relevant teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, the ability to grasp issues quickly, and experience in troubleshooting common guest concerns.

Key Responsibilities



Answer all guest inquiries related to housekeeping requests and maintenance issues promptly and courteously. Assess and understand the guest's issue clearly before delegating the task to the appropriate department (housekeeping or maintenance). Act as a middleman between guests and internal teams, ensuring accurate information is conveyed and requests are managed efficiently. Perform basic troubleshooting when possible to resolve minor guest concerns. Maintain clear and effective communication with both guests and internal teams to ensure tasks are addressed quickly.

Requirements



Excellent Communication Skills

: Proficient in both written and verbal communication, ensuring clear and effective dialogue with guests and internal teams.

Quick Learner:

Able to rapidly adapt to new processes and systems. 3. Strong

Problem-Solving Abilities

: Quickly grasps issues and communicates them effectively when delegating tasks.

Experience in Holiday Homes (Preferred)

: Familiarity with the holiday homes industry or hospitality environment is a plus.

Professional Phone Etiquette

: Polite and professional demeanor when handling phone calls.

Calm and Patient

: Capable of handling guest inquiries with patience and composure, even under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
